Folks:
A noontime visit to the end of Geng Road today, 11/17/2005, provided at
least three f/imm HOODED MERGANSERS in the pond on the Muni GC. A small
flock of Canadas on the Baylands edge of the GC had one CACKLING
GOOSE. Walking back along San Francisquito Creek I found a rather nervous
BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER near the first transmission tower towards the Bay
from Geng Road.
I was thinking that with this mild high tide I would walk along the north
levee of San Francisquito Creek, but found it posted by the Fish & Wildlife
Service. Too bad.
