Hello SBBers,
While working today, 3 May, in the vicinity of Mendoza Pond (at the intersection of Roop & Quail Ridge Roads) in Coyote Lake County Park, we noticed two GREEN HERONS at about 10:30am. One was perched on the power line over the pond for awhile and then flew off about 5 minutes later, followed by a second Green Heron right behind him. When we returned at about 12 noon or so, they were still flying around the vicinity.
