[SBB] Coast Casey Forebay Ibis

Hi All,

The previously reported 1st-summer and the adult breeding WHITE-FACED IBIS
were present when I visited the forebay at 6:30 pm today (6/2/05). The
older bird gave chase to the younger bird several times but was not
successful in driving it off.  The foraging looks to be very productive so
maybe they will stick around for little while.  I didn't detect enough size
difference between these Ibis to think they are different sexes but I'm not
yet sure. These Ibis make a great study, comparative or otherwise, in this
setting.
