Hello,
There were two RED PHALAROPES at Sunnyvale Baylands Park this afternoon.
They were in the seasonally flooded area next to the walkway that extends
out into the field. This area is behind the amphitheater area just to the
left of the park entrance.
The BURROWING OWL is still in the corner of the ball park property near the
same walkway described above. Other birds seen in the park today included a
LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE, a female AMERICAN KESTREL, two GREAT EGRETS, a SNOWY
EGRET and the more usual BLACK PHOEBES and ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS.
