My friend, Judy Leanard, posted this on Peninsula Birds today.  I'm forwarding it to SBB because she lives in San Jose, and this bird (a HOODED WARBLER) should get counted in the Christmas count.  Meanwhile, I've encouraged her to join SBB.  Dotty Calabrese

Hello all,
I woke up this morning and looked out my window and saw a little yellow 
faced bird. I grabbed the camera and attempted to get a few quick shots 
even though the light was horrible and I was shooting through my 
window. I have created an album on this list called Judy L images.
I think I have an ID on this little critter, but I'm more of a 
photographer than a birder and the ID I came up with isn't supposed to 
be on this side of the Rockies. So if someone will be so kind as to 
check out the photo section and let me know what I have visiting the 
grounds of my condo complex I would be very grateful.
