I spent Tuesday morning at Joseph D Grant County Park watching and
photographing birds. I have posted some pictures of male and female
LAZULI BUNTINGs, male BULLOCK'S ORIOLE, WESTERN KINGBIRD, and a
WESTERN BLUEBIRD adult feeding its young. Other birds of note that I
observed, which did not cooperate for pictures, included: at least 3
WARBLING VIREOS, 1 male WILSON'S WARBLER, at least 4 ASH-THROATED
FLYCATCHERS, AMERICAN AND LESSER GOLDFINCHES. Western bluebirds,
Bullock's orioles, and western kingbirds, were all present in large
numbers (at least a dozen of each) and all could be seen feeding their
young.
See http://www.untamedimages.com/recent/ for pictures.
