[SBB] Stevens Creek Warblers

Following Mike's post I went to Steven's Creek this lunchtime in search of Warblers. Intially I found nothing but herons (all 5 common species), but then found a couple of ORANGE CROWNED WARBLERS, and a PAC SLOPE FLY. I then cought a glimpse of a Warbler with bright yellow underparts and Grey wings, and thought I was on to it, but the bird moved and I lost it. I then loitered with intent for a while, until I saw a dubious character wandering down the path. Fortunately, I saw he was carrying a Swarovski scope over his shoulder, so I figured he should be OK, and on closer inspection turned out to be Dean Manley. We joined our search efforts and Dean refound the bird, and we got a series of good looks, and managed to confirm my first guess ID, first year MAGNOLIA WARBLER. We had grey head, white eye ring, faint streaks on flanks, wing bars on grey wings, bright yellow underparts apart from white undertail coverts, and a black tip to the underneath of the tail. Dean then spotted another bird further back in the undergrowth, which turned out to be a BLACK AND WHITE WARBLER, great spot Dean! This was all on the lower creek path, just past the big fallen tree (ignore the first smaller branch you come to) going North from La Avenida. Lunchtime doesn't get any better, thanks Mike!
