[SBB] Help identifying Sparrow (video)

Hello.

 

This afternoon in Half Moon Bay I saw a Sparrow that I have not seen before.  I'm not very good with them so I thought it'd ask for help identifying it.  It was about 50 yards from the beach, in a parking lot.
