[SBB] Continuing Palm Warbler (Sunnyvale Baylands)

Folks:

This morning, 9/23/07, I joined the sunrise patrol at the Sunnyvale
Baylands Park. Richard Jeffers and I soon found the PALM WARLBER in
eucs east of the playground area and about 15 minutes later I found
it again in a euc west of the playground area. It was flighty and
not seen again until about 0915 hr, again west of the playground
area. Richard also reported 3 or more _Spizella_ sparrows west of
the playground in the native grasses. I was able to find only one of
these, a HY CHIPPING SPARROW. Migrants that I noted included: 8
VAUX'S SWIFTS, a WILLOW FLYCATCHER, a WARBLING VIREO, a SWAINSON'S
THRUSH, 10+ ORANGE-CROWED WARBLERS (about half were _celata_), 37+
YELLOW WARBLERS, and 3 WESTERN TANAGERS. There were a lot of eyes
out there this morning and more arriving as I left, so we can expect
more results as the day progresses.
