It was slow birding along the Guadalupe River trail until the sun came
out at 10:30. Most birds were seen across from the water district
property with Ann Verdi.

Yellow Warbler 15
Common Yellowthroat 3, more heard
Western Tanager 1 h.
Nutmeg Mannikin's 6
Belted Kingfisher 1
Common Moorhen 1
White crowned Sparrows 5
Wilson's Warbler 1
Orange crowned Warbler 1
Los Alamitos Creek trail between Winfield and Crossview Ct. early afternoon
Nutmeg Mannikin's nestling's remain in nest on Winfield + 6 adults seen
elsewhere
Wrentits 4
House Wren 1
White crowned Sparrows 4
Yellow rumped Warblers flock of 8 in eucs. + 4 more along creek
American Kestrel 1
Rufous crowned Sparrow 1
Orange crowned Warblers 3
Willow Flycatcher 1
Pacific slope Flycatcher (3 note call, unusual for this time of year)
