[SBB] NOWA(s) continue along Stevens Creek

All,

This morning 9/18/07, I birded Stevens Creek north of Highway 101 in
Mountain View. As expected for mid-September, there was a nice variety
of migrants (see below). While walking north on the east side of the
creek, I had a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH about 150 yards south of the lone
eucalyptus south of Crittenden Lane. Later, while returning south on the
west side of the creek, I saw a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH halfway between
L'Avenida and the high tension line crossing. Maybe the same bird, maybe
not.

Other migrants included:
10 VAUX'S SWIFTS
1 WESTERN WOOD-PEWEE
1 WILLOW FLYCATCHER
3 "WESTERN" FLYCATCHERS
2 VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS
2+ HOUSE WREN
1 SWAINSON'S THRUSH
1 ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER
4 YELLOW WARBLERS
1 YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER
7+ COMMON YELOWTHROATS
3 WILSON'S WARBLERS
6+ WESTERN TANAGERS
3 SAVANNAH SPARROWS
2+ LINCOLN'S SPARROWS
6 WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS (all hatch-year)
