All, Kelly and I relocated two of the STILT SANDPIPERS in the ponds along the train tracks this afternoon around 3:30 in New Chicago Marsh in Alviso. Dean Manly was also there. The birds were in the last pond on the left shortly before the train tracks bend to the left. The area is accessed from the entrance road leading into the EEC. Along the entrance road, we also spotted two BAIRD'S SANDPIPERS quite close to where the road crosses the tracks. Many RED-NECKED and WILSON'S PHALAROPES were in the marsh as well. . . .
