Folks:
This morning, 10/1/07, I birded Stevens Creek from Crittenden Lane to
a little above La Avenida and back. I walked up the east levee and
back along the west levee. I saw one GREEN HERON along the creek. A
MERLIN coursed along the creek, keeping the birds quiet. Migrants
included a WILLOW FLYCATCHER and 3 YELLOW WARBLERS.
