[SBB] Stevens Creek Dam

I was in the area running errands, so I wandered up to the Stevens
creek dam/resevoir area, just to see what was going on. As usual (for
some reason, I always expect more to be happening there), not much.

Four double-crested cormorants in the water. One very enthusiastic
song sparrow in a bush next to the parking lot. Across the road and up
the hill, a family of scrub jays (5-6 individuals, one probable new
fledge, but I didn't get a great look), one dark-eyed junco male in
full Oregon sub-type coloration, and the surprise of the day, a
california quail -- sitting in the top of a dead tree about 15' off
the ground watching everything going on around him.

No raptors of any sort, bummer.
