[SBB] Cooper's Hawk nest at Arastradero

There's a nest of Cooper's Hawks with four very healthy
chicks offering great views and photo ops at the Arastradero
Peserve in Palo Alto.

The nest is along the Anza (creek) Trail, about 300 yards past
Arastadero Lake. It's on the left (east) side of the trail/road,
in an oak tree, across the creek, about 100 feet into the woods,
around 30 feet high.

Unfortunately, there's only one small stretch along the trail --
a gap of only about 10 feet -- offering an adequately open view
of the nest. It may not be easy to find without a help. There's
a power pole on the right side of the trail/road aobut 30 yards
past the viewing gap, but I neglected to note the number on the
pole. (Perhaps someone else can add that helpful detail)

Pix of the family are at:

NOTE to photographers: This is a late afternoon shoot --
after 3 p.m. In the morning the nest is backlit.
