[SBB] email problem cleared up

okay, I'm pretty sure the email problem is cleared up. both
plaidworks.com and plaidworks.org seem to be functioning again (but
there might be a rough edge or two)

I'm still "discussing" what happened with my ISP, since they say it
was always like this and I'm pointing out it suddenly broke and I
didn't do anything. There are days when I love the internet... (grin)

I do think that this is a good excuse for doing something I've been
thinking of doing for a while, and that's moving this list to
yahoogroups. I'll bring that up on the list later (late for work,
gotta run, long night debugging this...).
