[SBB] Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher and Peregrine - pix

At the north end of Renzel Wetlands in Palo Alto Baylands, I showed up just
before noon for a second crack at the gnatcatcher. It wasn't there at
first. Bob Reiling and Frank Vanslager showed up a few minutes later, and
pointed out a PEREGRINE FALCON which had killed a Black-necked Stilt and
was eating it on the nearby power tower. I went and took a bunch pictures
(distant, bad angle, and harsh light, but still...) of that impressive
spectacle. The peregrine, after finishing his meal, dropped the remains
into the grass alongside the path just as a surprised pedestrian walked by.

I went back to the path, and about halfway between the parking spot and the
ITT gate I found Frank and Bob on the BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER, and was able
to get a photo of the bird to add to those already posted by other
photographers.
