[SBB] Short-eared Owl continuing

Folks:

I made a sunrise visit to Byxbee Park this morning and found the 
SHORT-EARED OWL at the edge of the landfill about 0745 hr.  Later it 
moved out into the flood control basin where it dived into a thicket 
of cattails or bulrushes.  I assume this is its daytime roost.
