This morning Frank Vanslager and I had a white morph ROSS'S GOOSE at the
Gilroy Water Treatment Facility. Later at Calero Reservoir we had an
adult BALD EAGLE perched in a tree in the farthest northwestern
edge (it was somewhat further west than in previous sightings) and a GOLDEN
EAGLE flew low across the reservoir just east of the boat launch before
working the hills to the south and then west. An adult GREATER
WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE was in the pond below highway 85, north of Blossom Hill Blvd
and west of Winfield Blvd but no sign of the hoped for Brant.
