At the EEC @ 12:09 PM while watching the Black Skimmers a juvenile Bald Eagle circle over near the island on A16. The Gulls and Terns took to the air. White Pelican's could care less, No Black Tern.
The Bald Eagle caught some wind banked east and was gone by 12:16.
