After seeing the NORTHERN PARULA from 6:55 to 7:10 at Steven's Creek
upstream from the La Avenida entrance, Jack Cole and I ended up at
Sunnyvale Baylands Park. I saw a TENNESSEE WARBLER in the willow bushes
by the children's playground that is opposite the entrance. Jack saw a
BLACK-THROATED GRAY WARBLER in the double row of cottonwoods and a
BLACK-CHINNED HUMMINGBIRD by the children's playground. We both saw an
ALLEN'S HUMMINGBIRD by the children's playground - the back was solid
green, no rufous and the sides were rufous. We saw 2 WILSON'S WARBLERS,
3 TOWNSEND'S WARBLERS, 2 EMPID FLYCATCHERS, ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS and
uncountable numbers of YELLOW WARBLERS.
