[SBB] Osprey, Merlin, Peregrine Falcon

Yesterday at the SCV water district headquarters on Almaden Expressway I watched an Osprey fly up and down the river channel, then perch in a Sycamore tree in the NE corner of the water district property.

Today, Saturday Nov.4, the Wild Bird Center group birded in Guadalupe Oak Grove Park. A ball of E. Starlings were pursued by a Merlin, which then perched on a tower power in Jeffrey Fontana Park. 

Later this morning I spotted an adult Peregrine Falcon flying downstream along the Guadalupe River channel north of Blossom Hill Rd.
