[SBB] weekend birdpix

I declared my enforced post-surgery confinement to the back yard at an end,
and hit the Baylands duck pond Friday, and the road into Alviso EEC this
morning. OK, I was hobbling on Friday, and I photographed from the car at
the this morning. Anyway, results are up at
http://www.pbase.com/tgrey/latest .

The Alviso pictures include two of breeding-plumage dowitchers, neither of
which called, but I've foolishly ventured IDs anyway. Corrections and
comments welcome.  Also posted one (colorful, but otherwise not great)
photo of one of the many RED-NECKED PHALAROPES that have been reported
locally.
