Re: [SBB] Strange bird at the Chickadee Cafe

Looks like an oak titmouse to me... Mine love, LOVE! sunflower seeds. They
will toss the millet out on the ground in search of the fat kernels...

Subject: [SBB] Strange bird at the Chickadee Cafe

Yesterday's rain brought visits to my dry backyard feeder from the usual
suspects - lots of house finches, the occasional house sparrow,
chestnut-backed chickadees zapping in and out, and a pair of lesser
goldfinches:

But there was an unusual guest. I thought tyrant flycatchers only ate
insects. But this looked like a western wood pewee eating seeds at my
feeder:

I'd appreciate it if someone better versed in avian natural history would
identify this guy.

Thanks in advance!
