Heard, but didn't see, a first-of-the-spring Pacific Slope Flycatcher near the corner of McKean and Harry Roads in south Almaden Valley this afternoon.
Yesterday at the IBM Almaden Research Center I saw a pair of Lark Sparrows. We've seen them up there before, but this was my first sighting since I've been a resident.
