A couple I met on the Alamitos Creek trail yesterday told me they saw Western Bluebirds in an urban park in South San Jose. I checked Paul Moore Park on Cherry Av. and Hillsdale this morning and found two pair of WEBL. They were eating red berries from a Chinese Pistache tree on Overbrook near Hillsdale which is close to the baseball field.
