I went by Ogier Ponds today, 20 Dec 06, for a look-see. An AMERICAN BITTERN flew in to the edge of the northern-most pond as I was looking at gulls, while a PEREGRINE FALCON was duking it out with a RED-TAILED HAWK for power tower dominance.
I forgot to mention that yesterday I had an OSPREY fly by at A2W when I was out there for the cormorant.
