the largest flock I've seen this season has been 39 by the Dumbarton
Bridge in San Mateo Co., a surprisingly high count for that spot.)

There were 300-400 American White Pelicans in Salt Pond A3W on Monday as seen from the top of the hill west of the parking lot for the Sunnyvale Water Treatment Facility.  About a dozen Brown Pelicans (the most I've seen this year in the county) were in the same pond.
