[SBB] Coopers Hawk scouting nesting site in Midtown Palo Alto

SBB birders,

 

This morning, Sunday March 26, around 8:00 a.m., a pair of Coopers Hawks, one carrying a large twig in its bill, focused attention on a partially built nest (last year’s?) 25 feet up in a streetside tree in the 2700 block of Kipling Street, Palo Alto.
