[SBB] Quicksilver Co. Park

A spent an hour in the park at noon today. My first bird was a f. Hairy Woodpecker near the gate. Moments later a Wild Turkey flew quite high overhead. I didn't know they were capable of such a high fast flight. I heard four Orange crowned Warblers in a short distance and found a Say's Phoebe 20 yards from the gate, fly catching from a rock. This is only the second SAPH I've seen from the McAbee park entrance. Several Hermit Thrush seemed to have darker markings than usual. One Cal. Thrasher was seen scurrying in the underbrush at the start of Mine Hill trail where they have nested in previous years. A Steller's Jay was heard imitating a Coopers Hawk and another a Red tailed Hawk. Both Coopers and Red tailed Hawk were seen in another area as well as White tailed Kite and Red shouldered Hawk.
