Within moments the bird tucked and dove over my Campbell townhome complex. The falcon did not catch anything, but was zooooming downward to an area of my complex that has many Rock Pigeons. This is the second Peregrine I've seen in my (very) residential neighborhood over the last several weeks. This juvenile seemed to have the same markings as the other I observed. There was a day I thought such a sight would simply not be possible.
