Hi SBBers,

I checked out the owl box at the Environmental Education Center in Alviso
today, 1/16, and found two BARN OWLs inside. One was standing and the other
was sitting down.  The timing seems about right for the sitting owl to be
the female laying or incubating eggs (yes/no?).  With a 29-34 day
incubation period it should be easy enough to verify continuation of
sitting and presumed incubation.  I first saw two Barn Owls standing
together in the owl box 1/5.
