More specifically it was seen foraging in a pepper tree and lower shrubbery near the spillway - the same area where I had found a Nashville Warbler and other warblers last fall. I believe this bird was a first year female. It had bright yellow under parts, black beady eyes, yellow supercilium, and a hint of a brownish-olive cap. The upper parts were of an olive tone.
