Folks:

Yesterday, 1/10/2005, I walked down the bike trail from Geng Road to the NW 
corner of the Palo Alto Muni GC.  No Snow Goose between 11 and 12, but 
seven GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE remain.  Based on speckling or barring on 
the belly, three were adults.  The goose flock there maintains a clear 
space from the tee to the fairway for the local hole (at least while I was 
there).  The gentlemen playing golf, however, were slicing right and left 
and the geese mostly ignored this hazard, although two of the White-fronts 
jumped when a slice came bouncing between them.
