On Friday morning at 10:50 am, Pat Kenny and I saw the (previously reported) 
first winter GLAUCOUS GULL just north of the new wood structure on the far 
side of Mallard Slough from EEC.  We were looking from the paved access from 
EEC to salt pond A16.  The bird soon wandered behind the structure, the 
flock took flight, and we didn't see it again.
