On Saturday's Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society's field trip to Coyote  
Reservoir we had a NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW near the dam face (and TREE  
SWALLOWS over the water).  Other "mentionables" include OSPREY (no  necklace), 
ROCK WREN, RUFOUS-CROWNED SPARROW and PURPLE FINCH, all well seen  by those in 
attendance.  Thirty-five WILD TURKEY were at the meeting  place for those who 
arrived early.
