[SBB] Guadalupe River Snipe

Hi All

At 9:00 this AM I went to see Janna's Snipe at Patagonia on der Guadalupe, 
figuring if she saw three I might find one. Surprise. Not three but six WILSON'S 
SNIPE  on the west bank of the river observable from the east bank between 
the VTA parking lot and the Coleman Street bridge. Also saw 15 Killdeer in the 
same area. Just then, Janna showed up and we shared scope views of the Snipe. 
Odd looking but adorable little birds.

Later in the day (2:00) I thought I would check out Snipe Island in Los Gatos 
Creek just for fun. A single Snipe was sunning itself in plain view. Must be 
that time. Also saw a male and female HAIRY WOODPECKER in a euc just inside 
the Oka Street entrance.
