Yesterday morning early I checked out the end of Embarcadero Way, the dump,
and Baylands. I got one picture of a juvenile COOPER'S HAWK making like a
buteo perching on top of a telephone pole at the dump -- female, I think,
from the size. Also got several other pix of local regulars; the first
seven in the gallery are from yesterday.
