[SBB] Am. Bittern

I found the Am. Bittern at the Santa Clara Valley Water District Pond this afternoon. It was seen directly across from the open area with benches. It was quite active preening, stretching and foraging. There's a nice variety of ducks on the pond with Common Goldeneye and Bufflehead pairs. One male Canvasback, many Ruddy, Lesser Scaup and Ring-necked Ducks present. A male Belted Kingfisher, White and Golden crowned Sparrows, Hermit Thrush and a male Common Yellowthroat also seen.
