[SBB] White-faced Ibis

This afternoon before 4 PM, there was a White-faced Ibis foraging in the
Mountain View Forebay quite near the pumping station.  There was no white
on the face, the red eye was clearly visible, and the body plumage was
chestnut.  Maybe it will stick around for the PASBC!
