[SBB] Summer Bird Count

Hi,
I heard from a couple of people wondering if I got an answer as to why P.A. 
is the only Summer Bird Count. According to Ruth Troetschler, the SBC is 
not a sponsored National Audubon Assoc count but the data is recorded. It 
was started many years ago by people from the U.S. Geol Survey in Menlo 
Park. San Jose doesn't have one because no one started one.

But hey, you should! It was delightful seeing all those babies yesterday.
