[SBB] Iceland Gull still there at 1PM

Birders-

I tried twice earlier with no luck - the bird was clearly not there. I 
returned about 12:45 to find several others viewing the Iceland Gull on the dock. 
Mike Mammoser had it in the scope. About 15 minutes later it flew to a light 
post at the parking lot, then to the top of the yellowish townhouse on the S side 
of the parking lot.  This caused me some excitement because it is possible to 
see that townhouse from the top of my own roof, however by the time I got 
home the Iceland and all other gulls were gone from the roof. So, possibly if the 
gull is not on the lake, shore, or dock, it may perching nearby.
