[SBB] Hooded Merganser pair in Palo Alto

At about 10 a.m. today I saw a pair of HOODED MERGANSER swimming in Adobe 
Creek in Palo Alto, close to the Adobe Creek Trail, about halfway between the 
pumphouse and the gate next to the Charleston Slough Restoration Project sign.   
I watched them for about three minutes, before they flew off up the creek 
toward the bay.   Dotty Calabrese
