The juvenile Franklin's Gull flew in on cue when I arrived at the levy
just past the tower at the Sunnyvale Water Treatment facility. Great
looks well worth the pleasant odors on the way out. My first time to see
a Franklin's Gull. Was surprised at how pronounced the eye crescents are
on this bird.
Many Wilson's and some Red-necked Phalaropes on the pond on the right side
of the viewing area.
