[SBB] Juv. Franklin's Gull continues at Svl WPCP

This morning about 9 am Pat Kenny and I had great looks at the juvenile 
FRANKLIN'S GULL.  It was in the channel just past the pumping station 
between the east and west ponds.  There were perhaps 100 PHALAROPEs, more 
WILSON'S than RED-NECKED, in the channel and nearby in the two ponds.  There 
was a LESSOR YELLOWLEGS in the Lockheed ponds with a flight of 4-5 VAUX'S 
SWIFTs overhead.  In the fennel down towards Yahoo there were a couple of 
YELLOW WARBLERs.
