I arrived just as Kathy Parker found the bird swimming on the south side of the lake. We watched it from about 8:30-8:45. It flew once and circled the west end of Shoreline a couple of times before settling back down near the island. Also seen were one Lesser Yellowlegs and one scaup (presumably the injured Greater that's been there). There's quite a lot of small fish jumping near the island, with numbers of DCCO and Brown Pelicans around as well.
