There were very few birds, with a YELLOW WARBLER, 1 to 2 "WESTERN " FLYCATCHERS, and my first-of-the-fall FOX SPARROW. A lot of pishing did turn up a vocal NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH in th ecreek about 100-150 yards north of Hellyer Ave., however. Bob Reiling just called to say that Frank Vanslager called about a BRANDT'S CORMORANT at Ogier Ponds - in the two ponds on either side of the entrance road to the model airplane skypark (before the road bends to the right towards the skypark).
