It came into the open at the end of Mill St. (just outside the marina entrance) near the stairs on the levee, and worked its way across the road to the lot on the side closest to the SFBBO trailer. It was quite cooperative, allowing me to approach within 15 feet as I walked past it. I left Dean Manley watching it.
