We stopped at Shoreline Lake, Salt Pond A1 (twice), Charleston Slough, the Palo Alto Flood Control Basin North Pond (twice) and the Palo Alto Yacht Harbor and did not re-find the Sabine's Gull. Lots of BONAPARTE'S GULLS in A1 and we had three DUNLIN with the other shorebirds in Coast Casey Forebay. Frank tells me that at the beginning of Sundays SCVAS field trip they had three WHITE-FACED IBIS fly over them (the Ibis were heading up the canyon). The WESTERN SCREECH-OWL was also well seen near the YSI center (hole in a Sycamore?). Take care, Bob Reiling _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
