Hi,

this afternoon I saw (and photographed) a
female BARROW'S GOLDENEYE in Shoreline Lake,
Mountain View. The bird was with a flock of
female Common Goldeneyes near the south-west end.

There were also good numbers of male Buffleheads
lighting up the lake on a brilliant afternoon.
A Glaucous-Winged Gull flew over as well.
